NOTICE: As we are approaching what would typically be our Spring 2026 processing date, we find it necessary to make the unfortunate decision to postpone processing. Regrettably, this Winter has been very hard on our animals and we cannot, in good faith, process them at this time. Our customers are extremely valuable to us, and, without you we would not be able to love, care for, and raise these amazing cattle. While we are sure some of you will be disappointed, we had to consider several things to come to this conclusion. In good faith, we couldn't deliver to any of you a product we felt might be of lesser quality than you deserve and we truly strive to keep our animals as healthy and happy as we can for their comfort and quality of beef. While they are happy and healthy, we just feel they need more time on fresh grass to be the quality of beef you would expect. Please let us know if you wish to remail on the waiting list and we can notify you when we feel the next group will go to process. If you are unable to wait, and wish to be removed, please indicate that as well. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but we feel it is in the best interest of you, the customer, and the animals, to delay processing at this time.

We sell by the half or whole. Price is currently $5.50/lb hanging weight plus processor fees which have typically been about $1 to $1.50/lb. Hanging weight for our steers has been about 300 to 350lbs. Take home weight is typically about 65% of hanging weight.
